there are no limitations

Napoleon Hill was a great man and a quality thinker. This Quote of his is SO important for Business. It has such a strong element of truth, that once learned, creates massive growth in a business. Frankly put we can accomplish anything, and only the made up boundaries that we give to a project surround it. Once you can open your mind to the endless possibilities, can you achieve endless results. I have known Real Estate agents who believe that 5 is the most deals they can accomplish in a single month by themselves, and I have know ones who think 10, and others that think “Who knows”. Each time, I am amazed how the agents are right. Whether the number they believe is 3, 5, 10 or 20, they always seem to be right, the number they believe IS all they can achieve...

Twitter Fired A Cannonball At Facebook And Google+

Twitter is revamping the service with personal Twitter profile pages, a new timeline that includes rich media and other related information embedded into tweets, and easier search for information based on @ symbols (usernames) and hash tags.

Talking at Twitter’s unfinished new headquarters building in San Francisco, founder Jack Dorsey and CEO Dick Costolo explained that the changes are meant to make Twitter more accessible to everybody.

Their three goals:

  • Expose the “universe within every tweet.” Tweets aren’t just 140 characters — there’s also context like retweets and replies, and embedded content like videos, images, and songs. Today, accessing this material still feels like opening a “side drawer,” said Costolo.
  • Make...

Are you open to greatness?

Category: Business

By Andy Herrington

The Washington Post did an amazing experiment in 2007. They took Josh Bell, a world renowned violinist with a $3.5 million violin (a Stradivarius) and placed him in a DC subway one morning. He gave a 45-minute concert of some of the most challenging music ever composed. The experiment was to see what would happen.

Just before this, Bell had given a concert in DC where he sold out the building and decent seats cost $100, so imagine what the front rows went for. Now this same amazing man was free for all to hear in the subway. More than 1,000 people would hear him play that day. How many would stop and listen to him for free, or even drop a tiny donation?

Before I give the conclusion to this story, I want to ask you how...

Great Article by ROB CARRICK With the Globe and Mail. Might want your past clients to read this!

Baby boomers, the housing market is in your hands.

Out of a population of 34.6 million, Canada has roughly 10 million people who were born between 1946 and 1965. This massive boomer cohort started turning 65 this year. All those empty nesters will soon have a decision to make. Should they sell now to downsize their family home, or stay on to welcome grandchildren?

This could be one of the most important questions that baby boomers deal with as they enter retirement, and the financial impact will be widely felt...

I have seen the Realtor name being dragged through the mud numerous times in recent years in the media. But I recently attended an event where the exact opposite experience took place and a roomful of Realtors came out feeling a lot better about themselves. It was a life-altering event when I had the honour to hear a presentation by Michael “Pinball” Clemons.

Pinball is a great speaker who talks about teamwork and leadership. He is a former CFL star and coach and one of the most energetic people you will ever meet. He is passionate, well spoken and inspiring. He is more than a sports figure; he is an amazing human being who tries, and I believe succeeds, in making the people around him better than they were before...
