Andy started coaching Team Avery a couple of years ago. Kevin would have a phone call once a week and would then come to our Team Meetings revved up with the great ideas and insights that Andy had given him. Our team meetings became more productive, and we began implementing the systems and lead generation ideas that Kevin would get from Andy. Building on this beginning we were then privileged to have Andy for a period of time as an in house coach 3 days a week. This allowed us to have group scripting sessions as well as one-on-one coaching with Andy. Online lead generation and marketing were also ramped up with Andy to help and guide us and we actually had agents complaining that they had too much work at a time of year when most agents complain about having too little. While most Teams don’t get the luxury of having a full or even a part time coach, every team should take advantage of the opportunity of having coaching with Andy. His knowledge of Real Estate and Reco regulations is second only to his knowledge of Team systems and how to generate leads. Especially impressive for us was how our online lead generation increased just by implementing a few of Andy’s ideas. I would like to thank Andy Herrington greatly for the coaching he provided me during approximately 2 years. At the beginning of our work together, I was coming back to work as a REATLOR® following a family illness.  I had been away for 6 months. As one can imagine, I was pretty much re-starting my business.  I found Andy to be a great motivator. He gave me clear ideas and a lot of support. There were times when I was being hard on myself and Andy told me “I was where I needed to be at the time” and other times when he said, just get up and make the phone calls. Both times, he was very supportive. Andy was ALWAYS available by email to ask questions, which I did on a regular basis. He helped me get my Real Estate business back up and running, and helped me hire a full time assistant. As far as my Team goes, he has helped me to choose REALTORS® with whom to work.
